The Prepare-Enrich program is for all intimate relationships--from seriously dating, to the couple that has been married for 50+ years.
Each couple begins the program by completing an in-depth assessment which provides insight about the strength and growth areas of the relationship. Utilizing the information from the assessment, I develop a "road map" for the couple, focusing on communication skills the couple can utilize now and for years to come.
Sessions are 6 weeks (meeting once per week for 60 mins locally or remotely).

DIY Prepare-Enrich Program
For couples who would like to take a "do-it-yourself" approach.
Couples begin the program by taking an in-depth assessment and initial 1 hour video conference call. They will then receive a packet of 6 activities to be completed by the couple over a two month period. Two video conference calls will also be included, and will be scheduled at couple's request. Unlimited email correspondence will also be included.
Cost: $85.00
Parent Coaching
Prepare-Enrich Parenting
This program is similar to the marriage assessment but focuses on communication and striking a balance within a relationship between being a parent and partner. This version of the P/E assessment looks at a variety of important family functions, such as family communication, child behavioral concerns, and parenting stress.
By taking the assessment, greater insight will be reached in the following areas:
Parenting Stress
Child Behavior Issues (for each child in the family)
Confidence in Parenting
Parenting Styles
Communication & Relationship Satisfaction for Each Child
